Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

REMEMBER all orders are custom.  Shipping time and charges depends on the shipping method selected and calculated at the time of checkout, as well as the weight of your package and location. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive and email notification from us which will included a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim inmiediately with the shipping carrier. Potencial delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipped domestic orders package typically take 5-7 business days Or 3-4 business days after processing the order. For International shipments please allow 3-6 weeks regardless the shipping currier. Again it will depends of your location.
